Luvrix sells digital downloads and browser-based digital services. Once a payment is successful and the final watermark-free digital output is made available, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount is non-refundable.

No return of digital products

Because the Marriage Biodata Generator provides an instant digital output, there is no physical return, shipping, or product pickup.

Exceptions

If money is debited but payment is not confirmed, or duplicate payment is made for the same attempt, contact us with the payment/order reference. We will verify the transaction with the payment gateway and help resolve it according to gateway status.
